Healing Through Art for Youth and School Communities
Where creativity meets emotional wellness—our Art Therapy Program supports student mental health in an approachable, age-appropriate way.
Designed in collaboration with licensed art therapists and teaching artists, this trauma-informed program uses creative expression to help students process emotions, build coping strategies, and reconnect with themselves and their peers.
Sessions are grounded in the needs of the group and may include painting, collage, journaling, clay work, storytelling, and more. Each class ends with a mindfulness practice or community-building exercise.
This program is ideal for students facing social-emotional challenges, school transitions, behavioral concerns, or simply in need of a safe space to express themselves.
