A Community of Care — Supporting Students by Supporting Educators

Our September campaign—highlighting support for both students and staff—became the highest-engagement email of the entire year. And that’s no coincidence.

We’ve learned that when educators, counselors, classroom staff, and administrators feel supported, students feel it too. This year, we invested more deeply in educator wellness sessions, creative workshops for adults, and spaces for staff to reconnect with their own creativity.

The ripple effect was immediate:
students thrived in calmer, more connected environments.
