Our Workshops
Art Therapy
Our Art Therapy program provides young creators with the opportunity to use art as a form of therapy to express their emotions and heal from trauma. Participants explore different art mediums and techniques to help them express themselves and process their experiences. This program also helps young creators develop their artistic skills and creativity, which can lead to increased self-esteem and confidence.
The Art of Cosmetology
The Art o Cosmetology delves into the world of cosmetology, transforming it from a technical skill to a creative art form. Participants enjoy a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, to help them gain skills and confidence. Led by experienced professionals, young creators embark on a journey of exploration and self-expression, mastering the techniques that enhance creativity, improve technical skills, explore concepts of entrepreneurship, and bring their artistic visions to life.
Artful Reflections
Artful Reflections is a creative wellness workshop designed to support school leaders and staff through art-based self-care. This immersive experience offers a meaningful pause from the demands of education, using accessible art therapy practices to promote reflection, emotional wellness, and renewed clarity. Through rotating stations like Color Mapping, Hands of Gratitude, and Visual Journaling, participants reconnect with themselves—and leave with creative tools they can share with their school communities.
Creative Pathways
This program provides young creators with the opportunity to learn from professional artists and explore their creative interests. Participants have the opportunity to take classes in a variety of art forms, including hair/makeup, painting, photography, writing, dance and fashion. They also have the opportunity to participate in workshops, performances, and exhibitions. This program provides young creators with a supportive and creative environment where they can explore their talents and interests, learn from professional artists, and share their work with others.
